Getting Ready for Our Visit

Please review your work order prior to our arrival and confirm with the technician.

Free up a large parking spot & clear your driveway & entryway of snow during the winter.

Remove all breakable and valuable items from the working area prior to our arrival.

Ensure someone 18 years or older is present in your home or we will not be able to enter.

We love pets, but please keep your pets contained in a safe place so the loud noise from our equipment doesn’t frighten them.

We Do Not move any furniture due to liability reasons, please move furniture or we’ll clean around it.

We reserve the right to charge $150.00 hourly rate for clearing up our working area from furniture/household items and or snow.

Additional Reminders
Please select your service below for a few extra pieces of information to ensure the best visit possible!
Before:
- Have an outside water faucet available for us to use.
- Point out areas of concern before we begin working.
- Please clear and pick up all items from the Carpet you would like us to be cleaned, the more you clear the more we will clean.
- Secure floor-length draperies on the windowsill or drapery rod using hangers.
After:
- CAUTION- Walking from a wet carpet onto a hard surface can be very slippery! Please put a rug or towel on hard surfaces as a reminder.
- For health & safety, keep children & pets off the recently cleaned carpet for at least 6 hrs or until it is completely dry.
- Carpet drying time can vary widely due to density of your carpet, humidity & the degree of soil. To speed drying, minimize traffic on the carpet, ventilate the area as outside weather allows, (not during rain or hot/ humid days) & increase air circulation. Carpet drying time may vary from 4 to 6 hrs. under ideal conditions and up to 10 hrs in wet winter months. If Fabric Protection was applied post-cleaning, drying time may be lengthened but still should be dry in less than 24 hrs.
- To avoid stains or rust spots, please don’t put any small items such as floor lamps, tables, chairs, magazine baskets, etc., back on the carpet until after 24 hours.
- Rippling can occur under certain conditions. The adhesive that holds the backing together can absorb moisture and expand. In most cases, this rippling will disappear within 72 hours.
- Please pick up any items on the pieces to be cleaned
- Clear an area around the upholstery so we can easily access it
- Remove all breakable and valuable items from the working area prior to our arrival.
- Please allow at least 6 to 24 hours for the upholstery to dry before resuming use.
- Please pick up and clear all items from the floors you would like us to be cleaned.
- Remove excessive dirt and pet hair from the hard floors.
- Secure floor-length draperies on the windowsill or drapery rod using hangers.
- Remove all breakable and valuable items from the working area prior to our arrival.
- If you’d like wax or polish removal, please remove ALL furniture and household items from the wood floor to be finished.
- Please allow at least 2 hours before resuming traffic on the finished area.
